Position Overview:
The Senior Human Resources Generalist supports APAC-based Endpoint employees at all levels throughout their entire life cycle. Reporting to the Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP), APAC, this role coordinates and drives key functions, including Benefits Management, Compliance, HRIS/Administration, Payroll, Health & Safety, Employee Wellbeing & Engagement, and Rewards & Recognition. The ideal candidate will be a well-rounded individual who is comfortable in a fast-paced environment. They will add positive energy to the company’s environment through their personality.
Responsibilities:
- Provide support for the administration of company-wide human resources policies, procedures, and practices in accordance with country and state legal requirements.
- Serve as the primary resource and point of contact for employees regarding benefits, payroll, leave of absence (LOA), and general company inquiries.
- Support the employee lifecycle from onboarding through termination. Handle HR paperwork related to new hires, promotions, merit increases, group transfers, and other employment-related changes.
- Manage new employee orientation and manage onboarding and offboarding responsibilities.
- Serve as an expert in ADP Workforce Now including the input, maintenance, and security of employee data. This role ensures data accuracy and completeness within the HRIS.
- Oversee and compile payroll data for transmission to Finance; assist employees with payroll-related inquiries.
- reate, document, and own HR processes, including onboarding, position changes, and offboarding process flows.
- Set up and maintain control methods, records, and files as required.
- Champion recognition initiatives, including tenure awards and spot bonuses.
- Manage vendor qualification for new vendors, updates.
- Support rollout new policies and HR initiatives.
- Administer and ensure compliance for all benefit programs, including medical and wellness plans.
- Serve as the primary contact for the benefits consultants and plan providers to ensure efficient benefit plan administration.
- Research, analyze, and recommend new benefit programs to manage costs and keep Endpoint competitive.
- Ensure compliance with governmental regulations related to benefit programs and labor laws.
- Maintain corporate health and safety programs.
- Other duties as assigned.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent prior work experience is required.
Experience:
- 4+ years of progressive generalist experience in Human Resources positions, preferably in high growth global companies.
Skills:
- Excellent HR knowledge, including working knowledge of regional labor laws.
- Ability to handle sensitive matters in a professionally and confidentially.
- Ability to understand the challenges of a growing global company.
- Proactive, with a demonstrated bias towards action and a focus on achieving results; able to build trust-based relationships that span geographies and cultures.
- Strong MS Excel skills required, including macros, pivot tables, functions, and formulas.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
