As a Senior HR Manager for Clinician Services, you will play a pivotal role in our mission to be the most trusted advocate and workforce ally for nurses and healthcare partners. You will combine your knowledge and human resources expertise to support and optimize our clinical workforce. This role is instrumental in building a strong, skilled, and dedicated clinical team.

You will...

  • Oversee a team of professionals who serve as the main point of contact for all clinical HR-related issues and questions
  • Act as a bridge between connectRN clinical staff and client/facilities HR, addressing concerns and maintaining a positive work culture
  • Develop and maintain clinician HR policies and procedures, ensuring understanding and compliance
  • Partner with internal stakeholder teams like Nurse Acquisition, Community Support, and Product Development / UX to develop policies, SOPs, and product features that enhance the clinician experience (i.e. onboarding, time & attendance, pay & benefits, etc)
  • Stay updated on healthcare regulations and maintain compliance with HR best practices
  • Ensure the credentials and licenses of clinical staff remain current
  • Analyze HR and clinical data to identify trends and opportunities for enhancement
  • Prepare regular reports for senior management on HR metrics and clinical staff performance.

You have...

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Healthcare Management, or a related field
  • Minimum of 6-10 years experience in healthcare HR management
  • Experience managing a team of 3 or more HR or healthcare professionals preferred
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Proficiency in HR software (ADP preferred), Google Workspace, Slack, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel)
