As the Senior HR Program Manager, you will oversee one or more intermediate to large sized Department or District projects. You will assemble project teams, assigns individual responsibilities, develop project schedules, and determine and acquire resources needed. You must be familiar with the entire scope and requirements of project(s) and act as liaison between team members and functional area management requesting project. Level of work is considered intermediate, and staff must be able to work under minimal supervision. Lead the work of others. You will have no direct reports. You will report to the Learning Supervisor.
Your Responsibilities:
  • You will partner with internal and external stakeholders to establish desired project outcomes, and determine the actions and projects needed to achieve desired end-state results.
  • Monitor interdependencies among multiple related projects to ensure that overarching program objectives are met.
  • Provide subject matter expertise and insights for program area (e.g., mentoring programs, job shadow programs, etc.).
  • Develop communication materials and plans and share communications across all levels of the Bank
  • Measures partner satisfaction and seeks feedback for areas of opportunity.
  • Build relationships with leadership, partners, and employees to ensure alignment of business objectives and employee needs.
  • Plan, coordinate Bank project activities and resources to ensure project goals are completed on time, within budget and with optimum quality
  • Provide consultation, direction, prioritization, and conflict resolution in managing project teams to accomplish project objectives.
  • Prepare and implement detailed project plans including definition of scope, requirements, objectives, resource allocation and task schedules and milestones
  • Communicate project goals and results to clients and Bank management
  • Ensure ongoing use of and adherence to Federal Reserve practices including established project management methodologies.

Your Background:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience 5+ years direct work-related experience, preferably in Organizational Development and/or Learning and Leadership Development
  • Project management skills
  • You should have a broad knowledge of principles and practices in the field of specialization to the completion of assignments.
  • Change management skills and ability to lead related efforts.
  • Agility to multi-task and prioritize projects and assignments.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite

Preferred but not required Certifications- Instructional Design, Adult Learning, Organizational Development, Project Management

Location: This position is a hybrid position located in Chicago, IL
