Job Description
The Senior HRIS Analyst partners with the People & Talent team and our customers to analyze process, design and data flow within the HRMS and related applications. The Senior HRIS Analyst ensures adherence to project schedules, maintains systems orientation and works effectively and independently to achieve priorities. This position also serves as a technical point-of-contact for the HRMS and assists subject matter experts with ensuring data integrity, testing of system changes, report writing and analyzing data flows for process improvement opportunities. The Senior HRIS Analyst also supports the upcoming HRMS implementations as well as upgrades, patches, testing and other technical projects as assigned.
How You’ll Do ItHRMS Implementation, Maintenance & Support- Monitor, audit, maintain and troubleshoot current HRMS system and data, ensuring data integrity and system compliance
- Provide end-user support, including researching and resolving HRMS issues
- Assist in the review, testing and implementation of HRMS system upgrades or patches
- Routinely analyze data inputs/outputs, requests and processes to identify inconsistencies or opportunities for improvement
- Integrate HRMS data with other People & Talent applications through integrations, imports, APIs
- Support and perform discovery, business requirements review, system configuration, data conversion, testing and rollout activities related to a new HRMS implementation
- Partner with L&OD team to create system training and supporting job aids
- Collaborate with the People & Talent team to coordinate application of upgraded functionality, explore opportunities to streamline and automate, implement process improvements and/or apply fixes
- Design and document system and technical processes, identifying expectations and results
- Partner with other SMEs to devise solutions that are moderate to complex in scope and impact, while exercising independent evaluation and judgment
- Fulfill standard ongoing and ad-hoc data requests by writing, maintaining and supporting a variety of reports using appropriate reporting tools
- Establish and document audit procedures for validating and correcting People & Talent data
- Maintain and provide regular People Analytics data by updating dashboards and designing new metrics as requested
- High School Diploma or GED Required. Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 4+ years Analyst experience in HRIS or People Operations with HRIS Administration, system configuration and/or implementation duties
- Prior experience with HRMS Administration (Workday, UKG, ADP, Namely), reporting tools and data analysis
- Ability to translate business objectives and user needs into technical configurations and data requirements
- Natural curiosity in identifying and solving for unexpected results and process flaws with exceptional attention to detail
- Strong analytical approach in developing appropriate solutions
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
- Experience with a minimum of one full cycle HRMS implementation or migration
- Proficient in compiling data from multiple sources in Excel and Google Sheets using pivot tables, V-lookups and formulas
Base compensation for position: $115,000 - $160,000
