As a Senior HRIS Analyst you will play a vital role on the Human Resources team, partnering with members of the HR team and their customers to analyze work process design and flow, create and maintain company-wide analytics and leverage technical capabilities to support the business. Reporting to the Director, HRIS & Analytics, the Senior HRIS Analyst will assist the HRIS team with HR reporting, metrics and analytics as well as assist subject matter experts with ensuring data integrity, testing of system changes, and analyzing data flows for process improvement opportunities.

Are you up to the challenge?
- Using Oracle Cloud HCM (OTBI/Fusion HR Analytics) and other supporting tools, collaborate with the HRIS team as well as various stakeholders to leverage information and develop standard Human Resources reports that help drive business decision and improve efficiencies
- Assess data and analytics capabilities to identify areas of improvement
- Lead subject matter expert in ensuring data integrity, and ensure high quality data is presented in a logical and understandable format for the user
- Design and develop dashboards and analytics within Oracle Cloud HCM for use by all levels of the business including the executive suite
- Support security and role requirements within OTBI and Fusion HR Analytics
- Assist with testing and implementation of quarterly system upgrades and enhancements
- Develop process documentation for all data analytics
- As an effective communicator, be able to drive insights into actions that improve business results
- Maintain awareness of current trends in HRIS and analytics; continuously increasing HR knowledge and HRIS application knowledge
- Provide user support and answer questions for recently implemented Oracle Cloud HCM
Can you drive these processes?
- Use data from different sources to draw conclusions and recommend a course of action
- Utilize interpersonal skills in a collaborative manner to accomplish project goals
- Understand and use both qualitative and quantitative data to create analytics that drive the business
You should definitely have:
- A four-year college degree
- Five-seven years of relevant experience
- Expertise with Oracle Cloud HCM (OTBI)
- Effective communication (both written and verbal) and negotiation skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and act with discretion
- Ability to work independently and produce deliverables in a timely manner; ability to establish priorities and manage multiple tasks
It would be nice if:
- Your degree was in HR or Business
- You are quick to embrace change and accept ambiguity
- You have experience developing and maintaining Fusion HR Analytics
