Job Description

• Act as the primary authority on HR product within your area of responsibility, combining expert-level proficiency in systems and solutions with the understanding of HR processes

• Support feature releases and issue resolution within your business and product domain

• Work with business users, internal system teams, vendors and other support teams to define scope, prioritize, plan and implement system changes and enhancements

• Develop project plans based on data, constraints, and probable consequences

• Ensure adherence to project schedules and other specifications, while managing the project deliverables, milestones and tasks

• Review communication and training materials to ensure technical accuracy, and help with developing communication and training materials to support system navigation and changes

Qualifications

• 3-4 years of experience in building and implementing cloud-based HR products

• Strong understanding of technology and an ability to lead change

• Excellent communication skills and high fluency in English

• Customer-service approach to working with business partners and employees

• Ability to identify pain points and opportunities, and design creative solutions

• Team player with a can-do attitude and a drive to make things happen
