About the Role

We are looking for a Senior HSE/DOT Field Manager to join us on our journey to facilitate a digital revolution in the B2B supply chain.

The Senior HSE/DOT Field Manager fosters relationships with drivers and small trucking businesses to ensure unparalleled safety measures within the trucking industry. By working closely with our Fleet Managers, you’ll set a new safety standard and exceptional experience for drivers.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Ensures compliance with local, State and Federal HSE / DOT regulations.
• Ensures driver compliance with routes and regional requirements.
• Manages HSE / DOT Field Specialist assigned to the region.
• Ensures that the field team is meeting the minimum expectation on monthly KPIs.
• Complete driver onboarding.
• Investigates incidents / accidents.
• Conducts equipment inspections to ensure that the fleet is meeting DOT requirements.
• Other duties and special projects as assigned.

Requirements

• Ability to travel 75% into the field - company or leased vehicle provided.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
• Demonstrate a strong sense of urgency in all projects and an ability to prioritize and re-prioritize as necessary.
• Ability to multi-task projects and required tasks in an organized fashion.
• Ability to work in a team environment as well as self-motivated in individual projects.
• Ability to communicate both verbally and written to all levels of the organization.

Educational/Experience Requirements:

• Associates or Bachelor’s degree (B.A.).
• 5+ years Commercial Motor Vehicle safety, Oil/Gas Field or related experience.
• Certifications recommended, but not required: PEC/Safeland Instructor, H2S Instructor, First Aid/CPR.
• OSHA 10-hour training.
• Bi-lingual beneficial.

Compensation: $95-125k
