The Crown Is Yours
We're looking for a Senior Human Resources Associate to provide operational support to our HR Business Partnership team. You'll help support the team to ensure success as we grow and scale to meet the needs of our evolving business. You'll also work cross-functionally with our People team to support our employees.
What you'll do as a Senior Human Resources Associate

• Process HRIS (Workday) transactions from end to end across the employee lifecycle (approving requisitions, editing positions, processing terminations, tracking promotion approvals, bonus requests).
• Assist the Talent Management team on initiatives such as organizational design, change management, managing communications, engagement surveys, and presentations.
• Support business partners with Workday reporting and testing for all Talent Management programs in partnership with People Technology.
• Conduct exit interviews and analyze trends on a regular basis and provide recommendations on how to continue to best improve our offboarding processes.
• Attend headcount management meetings and update requisitions in Workday based on business needs.
• Assist in the launch and coordination of our Quarterly Employment Engagement Surveys and participate in action planning against survey results and insights.
• Support employee relations and performance management process with timeline coordination, reporting, and presentations.
• Support Recognition Management programs such as DraftKings All Stars and Customer First Awards.

What you'll bring

• A Bachelor's Degree and at least 2 years of experience in HR supporting diverse employee populations.
• A strong desire to grow into a strategic business partner role is preferred.
• The ability to be a collaborative people partner across all HR centers of excellence.
• Experience with Workday and Talent Management software is preferred.
• Proficiency in Google suite, specifically in Sheets and Slides presentations.
• A willingness to work through change and learn from setbacks while seeing problems as challenges and as a growth opportunity.
• Passion for partnering with employees and colleagues with a solutions-oriented mindset.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $76,000.00 - $114,000.00, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
