Senior Human Resources Business Partner

At Two Six Technologies, we are hiring a Senior Human Resource Business Partner to join our growing team. You will support one of our larger teams and various corporate initiates using a consultative and proactive approach. 

This is a hybrid role working out of our Northern Virginia offices. 

What you will do: 

• Collaborate with the Human Resources Director and leadership team to make certain all HR programs support the business initiatives. Some of the upcoming HR initiatives include: 

○ Compensation and salary bands to align with our new career tracks 

○ Manager training 

○ Creating and updating policies and procedures 

• Identify and monitor legal requirements and government reporting regulations to ensure appropriate guidance of the policies, procedures, and actions needed 
• Provide Human Resource expertise in the areas of: 
• Benefits Administration 
• Coaching 
• Training and development 
• Performance Management and Employee Relations 
• Company policy 
• Compliance (i.e. annual report filings of EEO-1, VETS 4212 and ACA) 
• Compensation 

What you will need: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field or equivalent work experience 
• 10+ years of Human Resource Business Partner experience with an emphasis on consultative HR service delivery
• Minimum of 5 years of experience with MS Office and/or Google suite 
• Strong formal presentation/facilitation skills 
• Experience in leading, mentoring, and training 
• US Citizenship is required, due to security requirements
