Job Title: Senior Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP)

About the Role:Â
The Senior Human Resources Business Partner (Sr. HRBP) is a key member of a People Ops team whose primary responsibility is to engage and inspire talent across all levels while ensuring core business objectives are met. Reporting to the Associate Vice President, People Operations, the Sr. HRBP will build strategic relationships with business leaders to foster a culture of high performance and drive engagement companywide.Â
What You'll Do:
Strategically partner with department leadership to implement Unite Us’ people initiatives and effectively execute talent strategy solutions to achieve business goals and objectives
Proactively recommend and develop programs to enhance team member experience and promote company-wide engagement
Build strong, trusted relationships and credibility across all levels of management
Translate business strategy and needs into talent solutions that deliver impact, including guidance on departmental organizational design, workforce planning, and succession planning
Coach managers on performance management, feedback, and team member development
Manage and resolve employee relations issues in collaboration with our Legal team
Proactively partner with Finance and Compensation to efficiently budget-plan for compensation and promotion cycles
Collaborate across People Operations verticals (Recruiting, LD&D, Total Rewards, HRIS) to deliver exceptional support to our team members; ensure HR programs and plans are aligned to the business priorities and monitor effectiveness through the tracking of key measures
Analyze People Ops metrics and trends to support decision-making and develop data-driven solutions
May manage HRBP/ Associate; develop goals, deliver coaching and feedback, and provide growth and development opportunities
You’re a great fit for this role if:
Minimum of 2 years experience as a strategic business partner to senior business leaders
Minimum of 5 years of Human Resources Generalist experience
Demonstrated ability to provide coaching, feedback, and guidance to leaders at all levels of the organization
Demonstrated record of accomplishments in leading HR initiatives, driving human capital results, and project management
Ability to make quick connections and build solid business relationshipsÂ
Ability to deal with ambiguity and strong decision-making capability
Entrepreneurial spirit, personal accountability, grit, responsiveness, and integrity
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong conflict management skills

Environmental Job Requirements and Working Conditions:
This position is remote, U.S. based
The target pay range for this role is $100K - 130K. This salary range represents our national target range for this role. Some geographic areas may have higher target ranges.
This position may require 20% travelÂ
