Senior IAM Engineer

What you will do day to day :

Security - IAM Senior Engineer with an emphasis in Microsoft Identity Manager, C#, Intune MDM, Azure Active Directory, Active Directory. The Engineer will provide support for identity issues as well as other initiatives to improve our authentication/authorization security. This individual manages, maintains, supports, troubleshoots, and optimizes the identity and access management environment.

Roles and Responsibilities:

· Administer Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM), Azure AD, Active Directory.

· Manage and secure identities and access in the cloud and hybrid environments using IAM security features

· Daily security administration of information systems, which involves the addition, removal, and change of user access privileges on numerous platforms

· Participate in the application user recertification process for Internal Audit

· Enhance monitoring and security of Azure Active Directory (AAD)

· Administer Microsoft Azure Multi-Factor Authentication

· Advanced skills in managing Office 365/onprem AD using PowerShell.

· Support of Office 365 mobile applications.

· Configuration of MDM Enrolment by SMS, email, and agent-based for all the mobile platforms (iOS, Android, Windows)

· Manage on premises Active Directory Users and Groups.

· Daily tool health check.

Who we are looking for:

Minimum Qualification:

· A university degree in Computer Science Engineering Information Security, or a related field is highly desirable

· 6+ years of experience in Products like MIM/FIM, Azure Active Directory, Active Directory, Intune MDM, C# and PowerShell, Single Sign On.

· MIM, Azure AD, PowerShell skills and knowledge on AD connect, Office 365 Groups, any PAM solution are mandate requirements.

· Exceptional troubleshooting and problem-solving skills required.

· Strong organization/project management skills. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple assignments/projects, timelines and to identify project interdependencies, resource needs, potential risks/pitfalls and mitigation plans. Recognized as an integrator and solution provider.

· Ability to exercise sound judgment and confidentiality in handling information and issues that arise while staying within defined policies and practices

· Possess solid teamwork capabilities and when needed, scales in support of unforeseen assignments and tasks through demonstration of personal initiative.

· Strong verbal and written communication skills. Demonstrated experience in preparing and delivering presentations that convey key concepts and outline recommendations to various levels of management.

· International, global experience preferred.
