Job Description

Join the team at Operational Services GmbH, within Deutsche Telekom Systems Solutions Slovakia, providing opportunities for German-speaking talents in Slovakia. OS is one of the leading ICT service providers in the German market and is considered the backbone of digitization in medium-sized companies. With almost 1,000 highly qualified employees, OS develops and operates the most modern IT systems for our customers, ensures long-term system support, and maintains the availability of critical business processes.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

• Implementation and administration/IT operation of Microsoft Azure Network components, such as Azure virtual Network Network Security Groups, Azure VPN Gateway, Azure NAT Gateway, Virtual Network Peering, Azure Application Gateway, Azure Load Balancer, Public IP Address, Azure Firewall, Azure DNS Private Resolvers, Azure Private DNS Zones
• Implementation and administration/IT operation of Microsoft Windows Server (2016-2022)/Azure Infrastructure Services, Azure Subscription, Azure Virtual Machines, File, Print, Terminal, Cluster Services, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Azure AD etc.
• Further development and maintenance of standardization and automation based on Powershell, Terraform and our landing zones on Azure
• Optimization of existing processes and tools for the management of multi-tenant environments
• Integration of new customers into existing operational processes
• Participation in the creation of decision templates and concepts
• Development and planning of service concepts
• Project planning and implementation of commissioning and operation
• Problem and error analysis, problem solving even in complex ones
• Systems or system landscapes Creation of decision templates and concepts
• Design / introduction of supporting tools and workflows
• Conception, initiation and monitoring of measures to ensure service levels and customer satisfaction
• Creation of strategic concepts for area organization
• Participate in the further development of the portfolio

Qualifications

YOU WILL SUCCEED IF YOU:

• You have Master's or diploma degree with adequate professional experience or comparable knowledge and skills
• At least seven years of professional experience, including at least five years in IT administration as well as in-depth experience with Microsoft Azure solutions and network services
• Very good practical experience with Microsoft Azure & Windows Server Infrastructure Services
• Extensive experience with IT operations in the network environment (hybrid connectivity, application delivery services, private access to Azure services, network security, etc.)
• Experience in planning, implementing and operating hybrid solutions Azure and on-premises
• Technical Certifications: Azure Administrator Associate / Azure Network Engineer Associate
• Very good customer-oriented, entrepreneurial thinking and acting, also at management level
• Highly systematic and structured way of working
• Very good presentation and moderation skills
• You speak English B2+ and German B1+

Salary

Final salary is negotiable.

We are offering base salary depending on seniority level and previous experience of candidate. In addition to base salary we provide variable part and other financial benefits. Base salary will not be lower than 1850€ /brutto. We also provide a Sign on bonus of € 1,000 for each candidate hired for this position.
