Senior Illustrator and Motion Graphic Designer

Join us as we expand our impact and grow our company as a Senior Illustrator and Motion Graphic Designer. This role is located in Poland and home office based.

The Role

• Produce clear, attractive illustrations using Figma that align with our brand and enhance our app's educational content

• Create motion graphics using Adobe After Effects and LottieFiles that improve users’ understanding of health concepts and app engagement

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute creative concepts that align with brand guidelines and business objectives, iterating on design feedback 

• Ensure visual assets are optimised for different platforms and user needs

• Manage illustration and animation projects from concept through completion, ensuring they meet deadlines, stay within budget, and achieve desired outcomes

About You

• You have proven skills in illustration and motion graphic design

• You are proficient in Figma (not Adobe Illlustrator), LottieFiles and Adobe After Effects

• You are fluent in English

• You have experience in producing large volumes of illustrations in a consistent style for one brand

• You have experience in utilising an illustrations design system, ensuring modularity and consistency of designs  

• You are able to translate complex health information into user-friendly visual formats

• You are able to follow a concrete briefing or develop own ideas, without supervision

• You are able to prioritise tasks with minimal support and strong time management skills
