Senior Implementation Consultant

Job Summary:

The Senior Implementation Consultant is responsible for executing key implementation tasks during AssetWorks software implementation. Tasks may include training, business process analysis, documentation, system testing, data migration, go-live support, or all the above.

Job Summary: The Senior Implementation Consultant is responsible for executing key implementation tasks during AssetWorks software implementation. Tasks may include training, business process analysis, documentation, system testing, data migration, go-live support, or all the above. 

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Assigned as the lead consultant on key strategic implementations and net new customer projects
• Initial training delivery of AssetWorks software functionality
• Business Process Analysis (BPA)
• Data mapping, migration, review, and ongoing support of client migration efforts during implementation
• Standard Operating Procedures documentation
• Training documentation
• End user training delivery
• AiM and ReADY System configuration
• System testing and validation
• Go-Live cutover and support
• Custom interface requirements capture and documentation

Required Skills/Abilities: (Knowledge, skills, abilities)

• Strong domain expertise and ability to execute implementations in alignment with the client’s strategic objectives for the project
• Ability to interface at all levels of the customer organization in order to facilitate productive consulting sessions while navigating the complexity of large higher education organizations.
• Basic knowledge of JavaScript is advantageous with regards to implementation of AssetWorks ReADY products, but not required.
• Basic understanding of MS Project
• Proficient in MS Excel and Word
• Effective written and verbal communication

Education and Experience:

• Experience as a user or implementer of AssetWorks AiM, GO, or ReADY software for a minimum of 5 years
• Experience working with relational databases
• Experience as an employee or business partner of a facilities organization in the public or higher education sector

Additional eligibility qualifications:  Minimum 10% of travel and up to 50%
