Position Specific Description
We are seeking an experienced Implementation Engineer with experience in large scale customer deployments to join our Customer Implementation team. The position will interact with all business units in NextEra Analytics and focus on post-sales implementation of our software solutions at customer sites. Employees in this role are analytical and creative problem solvers with a successful track record of handling large-scale, high-profile deployments and deadlines.
Job Overview
This position is primarily a Professional Services role where you will help new customers deploy, configure, and use the NextEra 360TM software platform to meet their specific needs. The role may also include working with the Software Development team to create and test new product features. The ideal candidate will be highly technical, have great communication skills, and be hyper-focused on customer success through the course of the project and in the early weeks of operation.
Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Deploy and configure NextEra 360TM software at customer sites.
- Help develop operational procedures and playbooks
- Provide input on product enhancements and training opportunities that would improve customer deployments
- Partner with other departments including, but not limited to sales, marketing, engineering, training, and customer support.
- Develop scripts and tools to support deployments, make small product enhancements
- Diagnose software performance or algorithm performance issues leading to customer dissatisfaction and determine the solution to be implemented
- Proactively identify issues and drive continuous improvement across the company
- Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate manner
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in either Business or Technology related disciplines
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in technology-related field
- Strong decision-making ability and willingness to support rapidly changing initiatives
- Proactive and confident in working with customers
- Must understand technical issues and see the "big picture" in all engagements
- Strong technical background in software, data science or IT
- Creative thinking, able to bring new ideas to help solve client problems
- Deep understanding of data-driven business models and processes

- Drive application performance through continuity testing, impact analysis, and compliance with technology standards
- Diagnose software performance or algorithm performance issues leading to customer dissatisfaction and determine the solution to be implemented

- Conduct customer and internal conference calls for high-profile cases and escalations
- Proactively identify issues and drive continuous improvement across the company
