What we are looking for:

As a part of the Customer Solutions and Implementation division, the implementation team’s core task is ensuring effective time to value for new and existing customers. As an Implementation Manager, you will be working closely with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders to ensure value realization. These stakeholders include (internally): Account Managers, Customer Success Managers, Solutions Consultants, and (externally) technical individuals (AD, Deployment), Product Owners, functional leaders and more.

As an Implementation Manager you will be accountable and responsible for the entire implementation and onboarding of our customers. This includes the overall project management accountability and the sub-phases:

  • Solution scoping and time management
  • Platform implementation
  • Onboarding and training Templafy administrators on best practice
  • Content configuration (with an Implementation Partner)
  • Launch communication

The ideal candidate is empathetic, compassionate, collaborative, technically knowledgeable, and enjoys collaborating and building our processes with customers. This role will impact the strategy for onboarding all new customers, where we aim to design and build a “best in class” program that will scale to support the needs of our rapidly growing customer base.

Responsibilities:

  • Owning the customer journey from the deal closing to the customer realizing value from Templafy
  • Owning implementations of upsells
  • Continuously developing and improving existing processes
  • Managing 10-20 simultaneous implementations and prioritizing customer needs
  • Identifying areas of opportunity for driving large scale implementation programs across the entire customer base as the business continues to mature
  • Keeping records of key customer information, events, and meetings to create transparency between customer-facing stakeholders in systems such as Gainsight, Asana and Salesforce

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience delivering value to customers via digital or cloud solutions as a Technical Account Manager, Customer Success Manager, Consultant or Project Manager.
  • Experience deploying software (preferably a mix of on-prem and cloud solutions).
  • Great project management skills and an ability to prioritize across multiple accounts at various stages of their implementations based on urgency, importance, and impact.
  • Experience working, collaborating, and influencing key stakeholders, client delivery and project teams, and C-level executives throughout multiple departments.
  • Great relationship-building skills: The ability to understand different external/internal stakeholders and identify their perspectives and needs; ability to both influence and build professional relationships with people and manage their expectations.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across the team and different internal departments and communicate your thoughts in a clear and professional manner verbally and in a presentation setting.
  • A self-starter with the ability to thrive in a quickly adapting and high-growth environment

Compensation 

Base Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 USD. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
