Senior Implementation Project Manager

Brinqa has an immediate need for a technical ‘Sr. Implementation Project Manager’ who will be responsible for developing the strategies required to successfully deploy on Brinqa SaaS Solution s in alignment with client’s vulnerability and application risk management policies. • Develop unique implementation strategies for customers, appropriate for ensuring success of their program goals and solidifying their cyber risk life cycle posture. 
• Execute on strategy by performing appropriate preparation, planning, collaboration, and discovery workshops to support SaaS implementation, validation, GoLive and operationalization activities for user adoption. 
• Lead deployment teams to deliver projects that span across multiple business units.  
• Maintain overall control of schedules, scope, budgets and financials. Adhere to stage gate quality and SDLC control guidelines throughout the full system development lifecycle 
• Champion and adhere to solution implementation methodologies using discernment, and solid understanding of Agile and SCRUM. 
• Assess project health continuously, conducting risk analysis and mitigation throughout the PLC 
• Posses a high level of technical expertise, including excellent organization, leadership, and communication skills to bridge the gap between technical components and business requirements. 
• Ownership and accountability for project success or failures 

• 4+ years experience deploying software in agile software development culture, experience in SaaS deployments 
• PMP certified 
• Positive track record of accepting and managing ambiguity; demonstrates maturity and strength in grasping and comprehending what is obscure; ability to lead with good judgement. 
• Proven bench strength in successfully managing multiple complex SaaS solutions in parallel in a fast-paced culture 
• Ability to independently contribute to the team and practice discernment while autonomously executing on day-to-day decisions. 
• Possess the training and discipline to understand relevant technologies, innovation, and architectures required to support technical projects 
• Lead through collaboration and negotiation, appropriate soft skills to promote synergy 
• Accomplished in steering and closing engagements that have overrun in quality, schedule, and/or scope and exceeds the acceptable tolerance limit. 
• Self motivator, pleasantly and enthusiastically persistent  
• Practitioner in the art of project management, posses appropriate negotiation competencies for managing balance.  

• PMI-ACP agile certification or similar 
• CSMP, IAPM, PMITS, or similar 
• Prior experience working with APIs, cybersecurity and understands the cyber risk life cycle experience  
• Prior position on a security team participating in vulnerability management or application risk management (or provided a services for a security team)
