Senior Implementation Project Manager - Consumption Pricing

Position Summary

Domo’s accounting leadership is hiring a Senior Implementation Project Manager who will focus on successfully implementing and improving post implementation, a consumption billing system.  We are looking for someone who has relevant expertise with consumption pricing, knows the order to cash cycle and has effectively completed implementations of finance systems.  We need someone who is technical, has project management skills and can effectively work with cross-functional teams on this critical company-wide strategic initiative. 

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and document all requirements for consumption-based billing engine;
• Lead the efforts to evaluate, select and purchase a consumption-based billing platform;
• Coordinate with software service provider to project manage the requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, implementation and post implementation processes;
• Work effectively on cross functional efforts between finance, product management, engineering, pricing and sales operations to implement the consumption billing system;
• Identify and coordinate design, test and implement of necessary system integrations;
• Post implementation, identify process and system improvements that will drive increased consumption and revenue growth.

Job Requirements

• At least 5 years Implementation Project Management experience leading customer projects in implementing enterprise software; 
• Extensive Project Management experience and/or certifications (CAPM, PMP, Project+, etc.) strongly preferred; 
• Experience working with high-performing teams in matrix organization and effectively partnering with business teams to deliver their goals and outcomes; 
• Experience leading projects with teams in excess of 20; 
• Excellent customer service skills; 
• Excellent organization, documentations and presentation skills; 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; 
• Must have existing knowledge in the data analytics, business intelligence space, with expertise in at least one of the following database technologies and familiarity with the others: relational, columnar and NoSQL (i.e. MySQL, Oracle, MSSQL, Vertica, mongo dB); 
• Working knowledge of systems including CRMs, Web Analytics, Social, Marketing Automation, and financials systems a plus; 
• Bachelor’s degree in business or other related field. MBA a plus.
