Senior Implementation Specialist
Job Description
Experience and Education:
Preferred experience with system configuration and/or implementing products with relevant industry knowledge in payroll/tax or Human Capital Management practitioner.
Essential Responsibilities of Implementation Specialists defined below:
Analysis & Consultation:
- Conducts project meetings to initiate project milestones
- Analyzes existing client systems, interface requirements, business processes and operational needs
- Subject Matter Expert in Employment Tax Product
Configuration/Integration:
- Works and counsels with client's on system and service configuration efforts, product adaptation, and business best practice solutions
- Determines best methodology and oversees the accurate and timely conversion of clients' data per functional review process.
Validation:
- Performs analysis, setup, testing, and validation for various projects while maximizing client service and minimizing financial exposure to ADP
- Builds client control information and oversees the testing of the tax product
- Oversees system and operational services to partnering teams/clients
Project Planning:
- Generates and maintains key project documents, dashboards, status reports, issue and resolution logs and change control documents
- Utilizes the documents to communicate project status to the clients, sales, and ADP leadership teams.
- Effectively executes project control and assesses issues appropriately to offer resolution/alternatives to keep the projects on track
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree preferred, or equivalent in education and experience
- Proven ability to maintain focus and work effectively with multiple demands
- Ability to work as part of a team to accomplish tasks
- Strong client relationship skills
- Must be comfortable working in a performance-based and structured environment while demonstrating high ethical standards
- Must be able to recognize basic procedural issues as they arise, then escalate appropriately
- Ability to demonstrate learning agility and critical thinking skills
- The ability to learn and apply basic concepts in new situations
- Proficiency in the latest web technologies and working knowledge of various operating systems
- Excellent analytical skills and time management skills
- Excellent Communication skills both verbal and written
- Must be proficient using Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of ADP's products and services
