Senior Implementation Specialist

The SmartCompliance Implementation Team is a multi-module-based organization offering clients a variety of modules and services to minimize compliance risk and reduce operating expenses. We provide time-saving financial and compliance-related services to over 500,000 clients and the module offerings include Employment Tax, Electronic Payments, Wage Garnishment, Employment Verification, Unemployment Claims, Tax Credit & Incentives, Electronic Invoicing. The primary focus of this position is to provide varying levels of Implementation Services through startup, blueprint, configuration, validation, and production project phases to ensure a successful implementation when onboarding new clients for the given product the clients select.
Experience and Education:
Preferred experience with system configuration and/or implementing products with relevant industry knowledge in payroll/tax or Human Capital Management practitioner.
Essential Responsibilities of Implementation Specialists defined below:
Analysis & Consultation:

• Conducts project meetings to initiate project milestones
• Analyzes existing client systems, interface requirements, business processes and operational needs
• Subject Matter Expert in Employment Tax Product

Configuration/Integration:

• Works and counsels with client's on system and service configuration efforts, product adaptation, and business best practice solutions
• Determines best methodology and oversees the accurate and timely conversion of clients' data per functional review process.

Validation:

• Performs analysis, setup, testing, and validation for various projects while maximizing client service and minimizing financial exposure to ADP
• Builds client control information and oversees the testing of the tax product
• Oversees system and operational services to partnering teams/clients

Project Planning:

• Generates and maintains key project documents, dashboards, status reports, issue and resolution logs and change control documents
• Utilizes the documents to communicate project status to the clients, sales, and ADP leadership teams.
• Effectively executes project control and assesses issues appropriately to offer resolution/alternatives to keep the projects on track

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred, or equivalent in education and experience
• Proven ability to maintain focus and work effectively with multiple demands
• Ability to work as part of a team to accomplish tasks
• Strong client relationship skills
• Must be comfortable working in a performance-based and structured environment while demonstrating high ethical standards
• Must be able to recognize basic procedural issues as they arise, then escalate appropriately
• Ability to demonstrate learning agility and critical thinking skills
• The ability to learn and apply basic concepts in new situations
• Proficiency in the latest web technologies and working knowledge of various operating systems
• Excellent analytical skills and time management skills
• Excellent Communication skills both verbal and written
• Must be proficient using Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of ADP's products and services
