Job Description

Team: Project Management

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Implementations Program Manager in Switzerland.

This role sits at the intersection of product delivery, strategic partnerships, and global operations, ensuring seamless implementation of complex B2B SaaS solutions for key partners. You will own end-to-end program execution across technical, operational, and commercial workstreams, acting as the central coordination point between internal teams and external partners. The position is highly cross-functional, requiring close collaboration with Product, Engineering, Legal, Finance, and Customer Success teams to ensure smooth onboarding and successful launches. You will play a key role in shaping the implementation framework for a fast-scaling embedded product ecosystem. This is a high-impact role with strong visibility, where your work directly influences partner success, revenue growth, and platform scalability. Operating in a fully remote, async-first environment, you will help define how global implementation programs are built and scaled.

Accountabilities

In this role, you will lead the planning, execution, and continuous improvement of partner implementation programs, ensuring timely delivery and strong alignment across all stakeholders. You will be responsible for coordinating cross-functional teams, managing timelines, and driving successful onboarding of strategic partners.

  • Own and manage end-to-end implementation programs for embedded partners, from onboarding through launch
  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, workflows, and operational frameworks for partner delivery
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, Legal, Finance, Sales, and Customer Success
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for partners during implementation, ensuring clear communication and alignment
  • Track progress, manage dependencies, and proactively identify and mitigate risks and blockers
  • Define and maintain implementation best practices, documentation, and internal playbooks
  • Create visibility on project status using dashboards, reporting tools, and structured updates
  • Support continuous improvement of implementation processes, scalability, and partner experience
  • Collaborate on go-to-market readiness and ensure smooth transition from implementation to live operations
  • Requirements

The ideal candidate is an experienced program or implementation leader with strong organizational and stakeholder management skills, capable of operating in complex, fast-paced, cross-functional environments. You combine structured project management with strong communication skills and a deep understanding of B2B SaaS ecosystems.

    • Experience in project management, implementations, or professional services within HRTech, FinTech, or SaaS environments
    • Proven track record managing complex, long-term partner or customer implementations
    • Strong ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and drive alignment across multiple stakeholders
    • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills in fast-paced, global environments
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to break down complex problems and propose solutions
    • Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation communication skills in English
    • Experience in B2B SaaS partnerships is highly preferred
    • Familiarity with automation and AI-enabled workflows is a strong plus
    • Ability to work effectively in fully remote, asynchronous environments
    • Strong ownership mindset with a bias for action and execution
    • Benefits

      • Competitive annual salary based on experience and location (up to $153,000 USD)
      • Fully remote and async-first work environment
      • Flexible working hours and strong work-life balance culture
      • Generous paid time off and flexible vacation policy
      • 16 weeks paid parental leave
      • Stock options and long-term incentive opportunities
      • Learning and development budget
      • Home office setup and IT equipment support
      • Mental health and wellness support services
      • Budget for coworking spaces and local team events
