We are looking for an experienced sports trader to join our team as a Senior In-Play Trader.
What You Will Do:

• Leverage your expertise in sports to set up in-play betting markets via our technology platform
• Identify and highlight significant customers during live sporting games and keep track of sharp betting action
• Use your critical thinking skills with our advanced predictive models to set lines and approve wagers during hundreds of live sporting events
• Be always the first to know in the sporting world to manage risk and liability of in-play events
• Acts as a leader by setting a positive example for other team members to follow
• Interact with other teams within the trading organization to implement new ideas and ensure continuous operations across groups
• Sharpen your data analysis skills by conducting in-depth product analysis and competitor comparisons, as well as providing reports to Trading leadership
• Drive model improvements to improve margin and offerings to our customers
• Strategize how changes to the sport affect betting markets
• Stay fully compliant with all Gaming rules and regulations

What You Will Need:

• 3+ years' experience within the sports betting industry
• Supervisory experience in a sports trading environment
• Passion and knowledge across US sports, including specialist knowledge
• Strong mathematical and analytical skills - ability to understand and calculate odds
• Commercial acumen - analytical skills with the ability to identify and create opportunities for growth
• Results-driven - thrives on improving results and profitability
• Quick thinking and decisive - ability to make trading decisions without hesitation
• Excellent organizational skills
• Team player - ability to rapidly build relationships and to work in collaboration with other teams and functions across the business
• Scheduling flexibility to work any shift, any day including weekends and holidays
• Excellent communications skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to obtain and/or eligible for Gaming License

Essential Functions/Exposures:

• Perform role in line with Caesars Trading Policies
• Must be able to sit for extended periods of time
