We are seeking a highly motivated and technically skilled Product Manager to join our dynamic team at Payoneer. The ideal candidate will be data-driven, technically proficient, detail-oriented professional with a substantial understanding of backend systems, coupled with strong stakeholder management skills.  

What you’ll be spending your time on:

• End-to-End Product Management: You will be responsible for managing the entire lifecycle of product development, from the initial concept ideation to model creation and eventual product release. This includes breaking down the overall vision into actionable epics and user stories, ensuring a seamless product development process. 

• Conduct deep-dive research and analysis on customer behavior, internal and external tools and capabilities. 

• Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, define product vision, and ensure successful delivery of product features. 

• Monitor and analyze product performance and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement. 

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our products remain competitive and innovative. 
  

What are we looking for?

• 2-4 years of experience in product management – preferably backend, technical or inbound product management 

• Possess a comprehensive grasp of the entire product development lifecycle, including strategic planning, requirements definition, engineering, QA, and product delivery 

• Adept at making swift decisions in complex scenarios, showcasing rapid learning and adaptability 

• Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority 

• Ability to dive deep into complex problems and think strategically about solutions. 

• Experienced in conducting deep dive research and analysis on customer behavior, internal data points and deriving actionable insights 

• Works well in a collaborative environment, contributing positively to team dynamics and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
