Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Sr. Indirect Account Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for enhancing customer satisfaction, growing account revenue, and be customer facing. Your goal is to deliver strategies and execution of business opportunities and exceptional customer experiences. Responsibilities

  • Responsible for prospecting, selling, developing, and expanding the client base
  • Drives new and incremental revenue ideas with Account Executives
  • Monitors and evaluates competitive offers and activity
  • Integrates knowledge of business and functional priorities
  • Acts as a key contributor in a complex and crucial environment
  • Lead cross functional projects and shares expertise
  • Performs both transactional account management as well as organic new business development
  • Analyzes Return on Investment of various business scenarios; ensures that decisions align Enterprise Value creation
  • Connects key decision makers at the key agency and client level
  • Owns account planning for existing base, upgrade strategy and partners with marketing and B2B leadership on strategies and tactics to meet organization and personal goals.
  • Provides feedback and suggestions to management regarding new product additions and existing product definition
  • Completes required documentation and reporting for the proper processing of contracts, RFP's and business growth opportunities
  • Prospects, sells and drives growth
  • Own the customer experience think and act in ways that put our customers first, give them seamless digital options at every touchpoint, and make them promoters of our products and services


Qualifications

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in Telecommunications, preferred Sales, Marketing or Business Development
  • Bachelors degree preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to have met and exceeded revenue goals.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop relationships with clients.
  • Strong problem solving and decision-making skills and the ability to interpret and utilize research to develop and support solution-based programs for customers.
  • Ability to research, prepare and deliver client proposals and presentations for Account Executives when required
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Experienced computer skills to include the full MS office suite
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce.com

This position is identified as being performed in/or reporting to company operations in New York State. Salary ranges are supplied in compliance with New York State law. Pay is competitive and based on a number of job-related factors, including skills and experience. The starting pay rate/range at time of hire for this position in Texas, New York, North Carolina, is $48,949.00 - $80,416.00 / year. For other locations, please inquire with your recruiter. The rates/ranges provided herein are the anticipated pay at the time of hire, and do not reflect future job opportunity.
