Senior Influencer Talent Manager (Gaming)
Job Description
The Role
We are looking for a mid-to-senior level professional to join our rapidly growing talent management team. The ideal candidate will have very strong communication skills, knowledge of the gaming industry and social media, and a desire to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. This is an exciting remote role for candidates located in the Chicago (preferred) or Los Angeles metropolitan areas.
This position will be filled at either the Senior Talent Manager or Talent Manager level, depending on candidate experience and qualifications.
Responsibilities
- Provide full-service management services to assigned talent
- Meet and communicate frequently and on a timely basis with assigned talent
- Manage talent's brand partnership deliverables and campaign execution
- Advise talent on growth opportunities, merchandising, and other business affairs
- Manage talent's email and other lines of communication
- Work collaboratively with talent coordinators and partnerships team
- Scout and assist with acquisition of new content creators
- Lead/mentor associate-level members of the talent management team (Senior Talent Manager level only)
- You have a passion and knowledge of Twitch and YouTube, social media, and the gaming industries
- You maintain high integrity in your work and can operate independently
- You are a strategic thinker and able to facilitate brand partnerships and other revenue solutions for assigned talent
- You have a confident and personable approach
- You have high emotional intelligence and superb customer service skills
- You have excellent attention to detail
- You have strong negotiation and analytical skills
- You'll be confident communicating our client needs and services we offer on the phone, Google Meet, in person or through email
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and 3-5+ years work experience in gaming, social media marketing, or related industries
- Demonstrated knowledge of Twitch, YouTube, and relevant gaming/social media trends
- Located in the Chicago (Preferred) or Los Angeles metropolitan areas
