Hours:                  Full Time; Mon-Fri (40 hrs/week)

Job Duties:

Design and implement highly scalable infrastructure in multi-cloud (AWS/GCP/Private cloud). Implement infrastructure using IaC (Infrastructure as Code) tools including Terraform, Ansible, and Docker. Build the Infrastructure configuration code, taking into consideration reuse, extensibility, and scalability requirements of the Anaplan Platform. Build the necessary testing automation for testing the infrastructure being built/configured. Assist the team with integration of the application with the infrastructure components. Develop framework for automating Day 0, 1, 2 infrastructure operations across hybrid cloud. Lead discussion of good practices/strategies for automation and integrations with different infrastructure services. Provisioning and estimating cost and capacity as business scales to increase availability with production environments. Develop technical discipline across organizations and Anaplan sites to strengthen alignment to standard methodologies and eliminate technical debt. Recommend and implement new technical solutions. Remote work is permissible.

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or a related field, and five (5) years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. Employer will accept two (2) years of software engineering experience in meeting the Bachelor’s degree requirement.

Special Requirements:

Five (5) years of experience must include:

• Infrastructure administration in On-prem datacenter and Public Cloud including AWS, GCP, Azure;
• Coding in modern backend language, such as Python, Ruby, Go, or Powershell;
• Linux operating system fundamentals: installation, scripting, pipes, and automation; and
• Networking concepts: routing, DNS, and VLANs.
