Raytheon Technologies is seeking a highly motivated Senior Infrastructure Engineer to support the SSO environment. The full-time employee installs and maintains Ping Access, Ping Federate, Ping Directory, Broadcom SiteMinder Policy Server, Broadcom Access Gateway Server, and CA Directory software on Red Hat Linux servers. Configures, tests, documents, and deploys SSO related applications and services. Collaborates with organization's SSO team members to resolve issues and satisfy customer requirements.
Job Responsibilities:
Install, configure, deploy, and support Ping Federate in high-availability Linux environment
Install, configure, deploy, and support Ping Access in high-availability Linux environment
Install, configure, deploy, and support Broadcom SiteMinder in high-availability Linux environment
Analyze and plan significant infrastructure updates, product enhancements, and product upgrades
Respond to end user and application calls for assistance with SSO issues
Provide support for the integration of applications to include web servers and application servers with RTX SSO
Provide server support for RTX SSO environment
Preferred Skills:
Ability to work in team-oriented environment where collaboration is encouraged and valued
Self-direction and independent problem-solving
Ability to combine data and knowledge from various sources to determine the proper approach for planning and execution
Ability to accept constructive criticism and debate opposing viewpoints in order to arrive at the best solution for the client
Demonstrated working knowledge of LDAP directories
Knowledge of common network services and protocols such as TCP/IP, DNS, SSH, HTTPS, VPN
Solid Strong Linux administration skills
Demonstrated knowledge of common programming practices
Excellent written and verbal communication and documentation skills
Demonstrated ability installing, upgrading, and maintaining Ping Access, Ping Federate, and SiteMinder software and application servers in a Linux environment
Demonstrated ability supporting applications in a distributed, highly available, mission-critical environment
Demonstrated ability installing SSL certificates on web servers and application servers.
Experience with Web application servers, SAML, XML, SOAP and web services is strongly preferred
Network topology design, security, performance, and fault tolerant architecture experience is strongly preferred
a plus
SAML/Federation experience is a plus
Desired Skills:
Experience with Ping Access, Ping Federate, Broadcom SiteMinder SSO web access management and Federation technologies
Experience with Ping Directory and Broadcom CA Directory as policy store, session store, and key store
Experience with SAML/Federation, XML, SOAP, and web services
Ability to configure SSO servers to operate with monitoring tools, for example, Nagios XI, Datadog
Ability to develop custom scripts to extract data from SSO logs and produce ad-hoc reports
Background working with Identity Management systems
Background in IT Security
Education:
Typically requires a university degree or equivalent experience and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience or an advanced degree in a related field and minimum 7 years experience
