Position Summary:

• Capable of leading the project through scoping, budgeting, implementation, command and control, escalations, risks and issues management, time management
• Manage and update Infrastructure architecture and implementation standards
• Drive and advise on strategies, implementation, and management of Cloud / Private Cloud hosting services
• Relationships & Communication – All levels of executives and management
• Actively monitor risks to technical delivery and works with project and Engineering teams to find solutions to technical challenges, scope creep and changing business priorities
• Consistently identifies needs and ensures approaches and solutions are linked to objectives and future business needs
• Proactively identifies opportunities and delivers improvements
• Coordinates with Operations/Support teams deployment activities
• Define requirements for new technology implementations and communicate them to key business stakeholders Analyze and improve upon technology standards across the organization to maintain a technological and competitive edge within the market
• Act as primary liaison for the company’s technology vision via regular written and in-person communications with the organization’s leadership and end users
• Managing help-desk system to support company all levels of users
• Manage external partners
• Set up and develop Infrastructure IT team

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience within the Information Technology field, possessing a broad range of technical understanding, including windows and unix servers, network, storage technologies, back-up and restore technologies, virtualization and cloud technologies
• Minimum 5 years of experience managing contracts with IT service providers
• The incumbent must have strong organizational, interpersonal, business, analytical and presentation skills
• The incumbent requires self-initiative, resourcefulness and strong organizational ability to manage a diverse range of interests and issues in completing appropriate facilities transactions
