Senior Innovation Strategist
Job Description
Who You Are:
With 5-10 years of experience, you are a change agent focused on evangelizing and demonstrating the power of innovation to disrupt markets and build world class brands. You are a proactive self-starter who is comfortable exploring new territories, experimenting, and leading people confidently into the Web3 world. Equal parts left and right brain, you should be very comfortable with research and data insights, as well as ideation and creation. You will collaborate with creative, strategy, tech, account, and operational teams to accelerate change throughout the organization.
What You’ll Do:
- Research & thought leadership: You will be developing internal and external facing POVs on trends, new emerging technologies, industry markets, best experiences, and changing user behaviors. You are comfortable using quant and qual research tools and able to refine complex information and data into key takeaways and/or compelling hypotheses. You can prepare and give presentations on findings & recommendations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Client innovation & planning: You will actively contribute and bring your voice to the table: You will help identify, cultivate, and drive innovation opportunities that build and grow the business. You are excited to share new technologies, platforms, partnerships, and ideas for various client projects. Even more importantly, you can effectively communicate and visualize those ideas in clear frameworks and experience platforms that inform creative work
- Community building & networking: You will play a key role in nurturing and developing the internal NA innovation community, a cross disciplinary group of folks across all areas of the agency. You will help steer the content and activities. You also should be highly engaged / have interest in the creative technology and experience innovations community at large (e.g., startups, partners, talent).
- Program Management: You can multi-task and comfortable to work at both a micro and macro level. For some projects, you will be very hands-on and involved with logistics and production; other times your role may be more like a producer/promoter of events and marketing opportunities.

- Technology enthusiast: You embrace all things digital and have familiarity with the key platforms – from Unity to Epic, ChatGPT to Lens Studio and beyond. You are not a coder, but you are very comfortable speaking in the language of technology and working closely with developers.
- Self-Starter & Solution-Oriented: You have a high Say-Do ratio. You can take feedback from external and internal collaborators and craft the best way forward. You aren't afraid to step up in times of ambiguity and ask questions to uncover the info you need to get tasks done.

The annual salary range for this role is $105,000-$110,000 and may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic location and experience. Other compensation includes relocation costs, if applicable.
