About The Team:
The Inside Sales department drives user adoption of our products. They are responsible for taking the 30 day trials initiated by marketing efforts and converting those to users. These employees are knowledgeable about our products and customer service oriented.
About The Role:
As a Senior Inside Sales Rep, you’ll help drive user adoption of SaaS services for our largest trial and inbound customers. They are responsible for clear communication to prospective ShipStation Enterprise level users, and will assist merchants throughout the trial process - showing ShipStation value and helping turn trial users into paid subscribers. A Senior ISR will also lead the organization by example through performance and mentorship.
Primary Objectives:
Achieve sales goals to increase ShipStation users, usage, shipment volume and revenue.
Proactively engage with prospective ShipStation Enterprise users to identify value for their business and seamless migration to the ShipStation platform.
Prepare and execute a sales strategy to ensure conversions, adoption, and exceed sales targets.
Be an Auctane Sales Champion
What We Are Looking For:
Achieve sales goals to increase ShipStation users, usage, shipment volume and revenue.
Engage with outbound and inbound prospects promoting ShipStation's benefits, technology and services.
Adhere to cadences and metrics, to attain performance success
Proactively engage with prospective ShipStation users to identify value for their business and seamless migration to the ShipStation platform.
Provide rapid response to client inquiries and requests
Focus on higher value merchants - Enterprise level customers
Prepare and execute a sales strategy to ensure conversions, adoption, and exceed sales targets.
Use the internal based "Socratic Value Selling" sales methodology.
Qualify leads based on the Auctane sales strategy.
Identify customer needs and tailor Auctane value to those needs.
Be an Auctane Sales Champion
Provide feedback during group calls and discussion
Display an exceptional level of Auctane skills and wills
Be a peer advocate for the “Socratic Value Selling” method, as well as any other sales coaching initiatives
In-office attendance required multiple days a week to promote learning, collaboration and career pathing
