Summary
At the direction of the Director of Clinical Insights, the Senior Insights Analyst is charged with providing data and analytics support to the Insights, Integration and Clinical Transformation teams. The Senior Insights Analyst delivers optimum results by leveraging extensive knowledge of supply chain logistics, product knowledge, clinical value analysis, as well as strong communication, analytics, and leadership abilities. In addition, this position is responsible for tracking, monitoring, and publishing financial and operational supply chain reports and key performance metrics. This position is also responsible for providing project support involving cost analysis and cross-referencing of new technologies and projects. This is an opportunity for remote work.

Education
Required Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree Specialty/Major: Supply Chain, Finance, Accounting, IT or Business Administration
Preferred Education: Master's Degree Business / Healthcare Administration
Minimum Qualifications
Minimum Years and Type of Experience: Three to five years experience in an analytics focused role, with minimum of 1 year experience in Supply Chain, Purchasing or Distribution Management.
Other Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required: Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Access. Superior analytical skills. Excellent written/verbal communication skills. Able to interact with other professionals at all levels of the organization. Strong organizational/multi-tasking skills. Able to plan and execute complex analyses and reports. Able to bring analytical projects to completion. Ability to work independently and proactively with limited supervision to fulfill departmental objectives. This individual must be capable of working in a multi-disciplinary environment.

Essential Functions
- Develops, measures, monitors, and reports on clinical resource program key performance indicators (KPIs) that reflect operating performance and value creation by drawing on extensive experience with clinical supply products, cases, and processes in collaboration with the Clinical Transformation team.
- Develop, evaluate, and maintain tools (e.g., dashboards) to prepare and communicate information to various stakeholders and users.
- Manages the collection, review, organization, and output of data from EHR and/or third-party interfaces.
- Educates end-users on various tools derived from clinical and business data.
- Design and generate queries to collect and organize spend data.
- Interface with staff members to summarize results of data and specific project details.
- Identify and develop process improvement initiatives to improve operations.
