Senior Instructional Designer

Anaplan is looking for a tenacious Senior Instructional Designer to join our Anaplan Employee Experience team ideally in Miami, FL, or in the Eastern timezone. This is a stellar opportunity to get involved in a highly visible, large-scale SaaS cloud company. This role is an immediate full-time position.

• Design, develop, and deliver innovative and scalable learning solutions in a variety of formats (instructor-led, e-learning, micro-learning, videos) for Anaplan course participants and facilitators
• Apply solid instructional design methodology, incorporate adult learning principles, and ensure learning offerings are accessible, scalable, and globally inclusive
• Own full lifecycle of project schedule, content creation, manage expectations, and partner with cross-functional collaborators and subject matter authorities to build content to meet partner needs
• Develop, maintain, and leverage relationships with key partners to influence them on design standards, tools, and processes to facilitate collaboration and share knowledge, technology, and resources
• Drive engagement, behavior change, and business impact through the collection and analysis of data to measure training quality and effectiveness

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Learning & Development, or equivalent practical experience
• 6+ years of experience with curriculum design, working in cross-functional teams to deliver learning solutions with measurable success
• Strong eLearning portfolio or demonstrated ability to build high-quality eLearning products
• Curiosity to understand the strategic priorities for Anaplan and how learning and development can best address skill and knowledge opportunities in our workforce
• Excellent project management, communication, and organizational skills
• Experience with authoring tools ideally including Articulate Storyline, Camtasia, Infographic (Canva, Piktochart), Adobe Suite, Microsoft Suite
