As a Senior Instructional Designer of Sales Enablement, you will play a critical role in developing and delivering training programs that enhance the performance of our sales professionals. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and measuring the impact of various training methods, including Instructor-Led Training (ILT), Virtual Instructor-Led Training (vILT), blended learning and eLearning. You will also provide program management expertise and be instrumental in identifying opportunities for enhancing the learning outcomes of our sales teams.
The ideal candidate will possess creativity, world-class design skills, adult learning theory expertise, with the ability to make learning engaging, effective, and memorable.
This is a hybrid position located near our Chicago, Detroit or San Francisco office.Â
Key Responsibilities:Â
- Content Development: Develop engaging and impactful training materials using advanced skills in eLearning (Articulate Storyline and Rise) graphic design and motion graphics (Adobe Creative Suite) and video production and post production (Adobe Premiere, Davinci, etc.) and Google Suite.
- Learning Management Systems: Utilize prior experience to manage and maintain our Learning Management System, ensuring a seamless user experience.
- Program Design: Create effective training programs, including ILT, vILT, and blended learning and eLearning, that align with the company's sales enablement objectives.
- Program Management: Oversee training program management, including scheduling, logistics, and participant communication.
- ROI Measurement: Assess and measure the Return on Investment (ROI) of learning initiatives in terms of performance gains and business impact. Identify opportunities for improving learning outcomes through enhanced design and delivery.
- Peer Coaching: Provide guidance and mentorship to colleagues on adult learning principles and best practices in instructional design.
Qualifications:Â

- Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field. Masters of Fine Arts (MFA) are also encouraged to apply.Â
- 7+ years of experience designing and building learning programs, on-demand classes, and job aids preferred.Â
- Demonstrated proficiency in Articulate Storyline and Rise, Adobe Creative Suite, video production and post-production and Google Suite.
- Previous experience working with Learning Management Systems, user support, and program management.
- Proven track record of developing effective training programs that lead to improved performance.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Experience in measuring and analyzing the impact of learning initiatives.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with executive and peer groups.Â
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Passion for staying current with the latest instructional design and adult learning trends. Related professional certifications from Association of Talent Development or other Learning & Development organizations preferred.

Compensation:
- Our base pay range starts at $130,000 -$155,000 for this role
- Please note the salary range listed is just one component of a competitive compensation package which includes a company stock plan
- Offers will be reflective of the candidate’s location and experience.
