This role is designed for a passionate educator and industry expert who thrives on transforming complex concepts in business systems, analytics, and AI into practical, career-ready skills. You will deliver engaging, hands-on virtual training programs that prepare learners for high-demand roles in business analysis, data analytics, and AI-driven product development. Operating in a global online learning environment, you will guide students through real-world tools, methodologies, and workflows used in modern tech organizations. Beyond teaching, you will help shape curriculum direction, ensuring content remains aligned with rapidly evolving industry standards. This is a high-impact role focused on mentorship, innovation in learning design, and student success across diverse international cohorts. You will collaborate closely with leadership to continuously improve program quality and outcomes.

Deliver high-quality, interactive instruction and contribute to the continuous evolution of curriculum content in business systems analytics, data analytics, and AI-focused learning programs.

• Design and deliver live virtual classes covering business analysis, Agile methodologies, data analytics tools, and AI product development.
• Teach practical applications of Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, API integrations, and automation tools such as Zapier, n8n, and ChatGPT.
• Guide students through AI product lifecycles, business intelligence concepts, and modern software development practices.
• Continuously update course content to reflect evolving industry standards, tools, and employer expectations.
• Collaborate with leadership to refine curriculum strategy and identify opportunities for new program development.
• Engage with students, alumni, and industry professionals to ensure alignment between training and market needs.
• Support innovation in instructional methods to improve learner engagement, retention, and outcomes.

Requirements:
Strong background in business systems analysis, data analytics, and AI with proven experience in both industry practice and instructional delivery in academic or bootcamp environments.

• 7–8 years of experience in business systems analysis, product management, or related technical roles.
• 3–5 years of experience teaching or mentoring in business analysis, data analytics, Agile, or related fields.
• Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) certification required.
• Strong expertise in SDLC, Agile frameworks, and AI product development lifecycle.
• Hands-on experience with Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, APIs, and automation tools.
• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and tools such as ChatGPT, LangChain, or similar technologies is highly valued.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse learners.
• Strong mentorship mindset with a passion for student success and career development.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, Data, or a related field preferred.
