OVERVIEW
Movement Strategy, a leading social-centric ad agency, is seeking a Senior Integrated Producer to serve as the production partner to our creative team, business leads, and brand partners. In this role, you will champion the execution of ideas through innovative production solutions while maintaining fiscal responsibility and alignment with client and agency goals. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of brand needs, strategic goals, creative vision, and production possibilities, ensuring seamless execution and delivery of breakthrough work within the social advertising space.

KEY FOCUS AREAS
As a Senior Integrated Producer, your responsibilities will include:
- Leading and managing brand partners and internal cross-functional teams throughout the project lifecycle, including client calls and meetings.
- Developing budgets, timelines, inform statements of work (SOW), and vendor contracts for assigned projects, ensuring adherence to financial parameters.
- Owning projects from kickoff through final execution, maintaining alignment with creative vision and project milestones.
- Proactively identifies potential risks to the project timeline, budget, or quality and develops mitigation strategies to address these risks, ensuring the project stays on course and meets the agency's standards.
- Partnering closely with Account, Creative, and Project Management teams to optimize project workflows and deliverables.
- Facilitates effective communication and collaboration between different departments within the agency to ensure alignment and integrate diverse perspectives into the project planning and execution process
- Managing physical production partners and serving as the agency representative on set during production, ensuring deliverables meet expectations.
- Establishing effective workflows with editorial groups and ensuring cross-agency coordination throughout projects.
- Manages the allocation of resources, including team members and budget, to maximize efficiency and productivity. This includes forecasting resource needs, scheduling team members' involvement, and adjusting as necessary to meet project demands working directly with Project Management and Resource Management.
- Contributing to the creative ideation process and continuously seeking opportunities to elevate creative output.
- Maintaining awareness of industry trends and production innovations to inform project strategies and approaches.
Additionally, you will be responsible for:
- Managing production schedules from kickoff to launch, setting achievable milestones and optimizing internal production processes.
- Negotiating pricing with third-party vendors and ensuring projects stay on track and within budget and delivering to spec through physical production, post and delivery.
- Maintaining consistent electronic filing systems for all project assets and proper archiving at project completion.
- Serving as the day-to-day brand partner production contact, maintaining rapport and trust with clients.
QUALIFICATIONS + KEY FOCUS AREAS
To excel in this role, you should have:
- 7+ years of experience producing branded integrated projects within a creative agency, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and on budget.
- Confidence to drive teams toward delivering the best results while keeping them inspired and engaged throughout the production lifecycle.
- Meticulous, collaborative, and patient demeanor with strong organizational skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
- An avid interest in entertainment, brand, and lifestyle advertising with a strong understanding of relevant specs, tech, and tools in project lifecycle.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a discerning creative eye and high standards for quality.
- Experience with influencer campaigns management and community management is preferred.
- Additional experience in broadcast post-production, animation, print, A/R, V/R production, or social media trends is a plus.

SALARY & COMPENSATION
In compliance with local and state law, we are disclosing the compensation for roles that will be performed in New York City, Colorado, and California. The range listed is just one component of Movement Strategy’s total compensation package for employees. Individual compensation varies based on location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards.
A successful applicant’s actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, skill sets, years of relevant experience, qualifications, and certifications or other professional licenses held. Movement Strategy prides itself on providing competitive salaries and actively works to ensure there is pay equity across the company.
Pay Range: $100-110k salary per year
