Senior Integration Developer

Working independently, the Senior Integration Developer will design, deploy, and maintain systems and applications in a fast-paced team environment. The Senior Application Developer is expected to utilize strong analytical skills while working to meet their deadlines. This role requires a customer-focused approach with adaptability, as well as the ability to understand and prioritize customer needs. In addition to new integration development, this role will also maintain complete life cycle support for previous SAP and non-SAP integrations. Employees in this position may interact with their leader several times a week to receive guidance and feedback. Most non-routine activities may require their leader's advance approval, but routine decisions within the general scope of the role may be made independently.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop Cloud Integration configuration.
• Develop Web services, REST APIs, CPI, APIM, and Event Mesh.
• Support SAP PI/PO Integration and migration to Integration Suite
• Implement APIs and maintain their lifecycle.
• Utilize Groovy Scripting Collection across various Integration Flows
• Develop real-time and asynchronous systems integrations with SAP or non-SAP tools
• Identify, assess, and solve complex SAP technology problems with components of BTP, around SAP integration suite, SAP extension suite, and SAP HANA.
• Develop analysis of technology architecture design in coordination with designers, architects, developers, and business analysts.
• Communicate technical issues, plans, and solutions from both a business perspective and a technical perspective providing pros and cons for recommended solutions centered around BTP.
• Perform other duties as required or assigned which are reasonably within the scope of this role.

BASIC AND PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE)

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited 4-year college with an emphasis in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field; or equivalent relevant experience required.
• 8 years of experience in Integration development and software management.

• Expert technical knowledge and experience in integration methodologies and practices
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive projects to completion.
• Proficient verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proficient analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve technical issues.
• Proficient ability to solution Middleware tools, such as PO/PI, Cloud Integration, Boomi, API Management, SAP Gateway.
• Proficient ability to collaborate with stakeholders, including business units and senior management, to understand their requirements and provide SAP solutions that meet those needs.
• Proficient ability to take initiative and engage in a proactive approach to problem-solving and project management.
• Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.
