Senior Integration Developer

The Integration developer would need to have at least 10+ years of experience. Manage, design, develop, and implement Integration projects. The Integration Developer will have extensive previous experience with an IT organization, business processes, and how they translate into technical processes. Review and revise technical specifications to meet project requirements. Recommend process improvements to achieve project goals. Provide technical guidance to the project teams. Provide high quality customer support throughout the project. Conduct defect analysis and perform necessary fixes and enhancements. Collaborate with functional owners, architects, consultants, developers, and other personnel to develop dynamic and flexible systems to meet the emerging demands of the market. Review program codes and debug program errors. Maintain and update existing program codes as needed. Work in compliance with the programming and documentation standards. Troubleshoot production problems in a timely manner. Will have very strong familiarity with EDI application software and ERP systems which will allow for them to quickly learn application to application B2B and SAP EDI related features and capabilities. The Integration Developer will be a key contributor focused on supporting digital transformation and enhancing customer experience.
Required Experience and Skills:

• Own the Boomi development process from requirements gathering to full implementation.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve problems with integrations.
• Collaborate with the development team to architect efficient and stable integrations.
• Document and analyze current business processes and underlying systems/applications.
• Lead the research, development & implementation of special projects, as needed.
• Experience with variety of Programming languages (Java, Python, Groovy, JavaScript, PLSQL)
• Provide guidance on the monitoring, troubleshooting, and resolution of data quality issues in collaboration with the appropriate stakeholders
• Should be able to work on integration and enhancements in SAP, BluJay, EDI, BI, Blue planner and Service Now etc.
• Leverage a variety of data sources (Databases, IoT, internal/external documents, images, video, and operational data)
• Communicate and collaborate effectively with technical peers and business users.
• Improving performance of the applications and servers through Performance tuning/sizing of servers and changing the design and fine tuning the SQL queries.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent problem solving and multi-tasking skills
• REST/SOAP-based web services and service bus technologies such as MuleSoft
• Good understanding of applications in Manufacturing Area (such as MES, SCADA, PLC, OPC, Historian)
• Involve in various testing procedures (Unit testing, Integration testing, classroom testing, shop floor testing).
• Fundamental database and ETL concepts, including data modeling, SQL, and integration
• Designs integration processes and develops source-to-target data mappings and integration interface definitions
• Develops interface functionality through service-oriented architecture or microservices to integrate with legacy systems to new custom software system
• Develops and implements technical best practices for data movement, data quality, and other service-related activities
• Develops and ensures adherence to defined project standards for all components
• Work with Customer Relations team to coordinate the implementation of new trading partner relationships
• Design, develop, and deploy any to any mappings based on both internal and external partner requirements
• Troubleshoot and recommend fixes and enhancements to SAP ABAP EDI related user-exits
• Perform SAP ABAP, HANA, or gateway development as required for SAP EDI functionality enhancements
• Work with Architects, EDI Applications Integration on application patches and upgrades, server configurations
• Lead the solution design, analyzing the customer landscape and system architecture.
• Create Technical design documentation and effort estimations for the development.
• Participate in proof of concept, analysis and build prototypes, ensure proposed solution can meet business requirements.

• Remains current on emerging technologies and conducts independent research to support business needs and requirements.
• Understanding of cloud and SaaS distributed and scalable data processing and integration architecture.
• Understanding of OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, and/or SAML desirable.
• Must be able to learn quickly and get the job done in a high visibility, high stress situation.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelors degree
• Min 3+ years of experience developing applications that utilize Boomi Integration
• Strong understanding of integration architecture options such as SOA and APIs
• Experience with performance tuning optimization within Boomi
• Functional experience with ERP systems (i.e., Mas500, SAP)
• Hands-on experience on Integration Platforms such as Boomi, MuleSoft, SSIS, SAP PI/PO, CPI, MII and iPaaS.
