Position Overview

The Senior Integration Developer is an integral part of the IT team, and your expertise helps determine and drive highly efficient solutions. Your deliveries are focused on creating integrations, related communication, and documentation of our integration landscape. A highly flexible approach and technically diverse background are essential to the success of this role.

Essential Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

As a Senior Integration Developer, you will be expected to have the following Experience, Skills and Abilities.

Expert:

• Hands on design, development, deployment, and maintenance of integration processes between applications across cloud and/or on-premises using Boomi AtomSphere platform (cloud integration, application integration and enterprise APIs)
• Managing, monitoring, sustaining, troubleshooting, and supporting existing Enterprise Application Integrations, Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) and Boomi AtomSphere platform
• Building Service Oriented and discoverable APIs
• Troubleshooting integrations when errors occur and the ability to calmly troubleshoot in high pressure situations, and effectively command control of crisis situations.
• SQL skills across different data platforms
• Complex database design, especially large-scale cloud solutions
• Conducting end user interviews to understand and document data issues and define integrity requirements
• Mapping dataflows across many systems with clarity and accuracy
• Identifying implementation risks and analyze potential impacts on the enterprise and on the achievement of scheduled objectives
• Creative problem solver who can think beyond status quo.
• Compelling communicator to a variety of stakeholders including all business users from SMEs to Senior Management

Proficient:

• EDI Documents and X12 EDI Standards
• JavaScript skills and knowledge of object-oriented programming
• Different integration patterns
• Manipulating XML/JSON, and flat file documents using JavaScript and/or Groovy
• Data profiling, de-duplication, and cleansing
• Agile methodologies
• Cloud architecture
• DevOps
• CI/CD
• Managed File Transfer

• NetSuite experience

Responsibilities:

• Peer review to ensure all solutions are aligned to predefined and agreed-upon specifications
• Provide support to technical and non-technical stakeholders and customers
• Mentor and motivate team members to provide outstanding support and continuously improve
• Work closely with portfolio teams in designing new integrations according to project requirements and in keeping with Raymour Flanigan's integration principles and standards
• Provide development and technical subject matter expertise to ensure development activities are aligned with scope, schedule, priority, and business objectives
• Interface with both internal/external technical experts to drive system solutions
• Establishing best practices in API development, and integrations
• Monitors and reports on progress in completing projects and accomplishing goals
• Complete performance tuning and optimization integration processes
• Help to establish integration metrics
• Drive organization to improve data integrity
• Design and develop integration solutions And APIs
• Proactively addresses potential and/or current integration challenges to meet or exceed established timelines and delivers service within budget constraints and seeks ways to reduce application related costs
• Perform change management according to prescribed company processes, including migrating changes through testing environments and into the production environment
• Maintain and support assigned systems, ensuring minimal downtime or loss of productivity and services.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• 10+ years' experience in software development
• 4+ years' experience in Boomi Development
• Self-motivated, able to set priorities and translate specific goals into action and follow through to achieve goals and execute projects with minimal oversight.
• Collaborative and effective team player and able to work with remote teams.
