Senior Intelligence Analyst

IntelliBridge is an award-winning national security company looking for a Senior Intelligence Analyst to support a federal law enforcement client's counterintelligence program. The position requires at least two years of USIC analytic experience relative to counterintelligence threats. The Analyst will perform analysis related to a specific adversary country as determined by the assigned work section. Analysts are expected to be able work independently, identify new avenues of investigation, collaborate with fellow analysts, and maintain communication with team and unit leadership regarding projects. Work schedule is 40 hours per week/8 hours per day, Monday-Friday, between the hours of 6:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. There is little to no travel associated with the position. Candidates must be able to meet FBI access eligibility requirements.

Clearance:

• Top Secret with SCI eligibility. Candidate must have the ability to successfully complete a US gov't CI Polygraph examination if successful USIC CI Poly has not been recorded within the past five years.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Ten (10) years of USIC analytical experience.
• Two (2) years of counterintelligence experience.
• Experience developing and writing Intel products for the USIC meeting the ODNI Tradecraft Standards.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills.
• Must have experience in three (3) of the following areas:
  1. Providing targeting analysis/writing targeting packages
  2. Source development
  3. Source validation
  4. Strategic analysis
  5. Tactical analysis
  6. Intelligence collection management
  7. GEOINT experience

Education Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree

Preferred Qualifications:

• Russian language and cultural experience.
