The Senior Intelligence Analyst will specialize in Narrative Risk Intelligence. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in intelligence analysis using Blackbird.AI's AI-driven Constellation analytics platform to conduct multi-source intelligence analysis, identify risk areas, and create client deliverables.

In this role, you will lead projects for a prominent private sector client while also supporting other clients and providing training to external clients. This role extends to thought leadership, marketing contributions, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

As the Senior Intelligence Analyst you'll have the chance to:

• Conduct multi-source intelligence analysis using Blackbird.AI's Constellation analytics platform to identify and monitor risk areas.
• Create client deliverables, including reports and presentations, based on analytical insights.
• Lead projects as an Analyst Lead for a prominent private-sector client.
• Maintain positive client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
• Deliver analysis work for other Blackbird.AI clients.
• Demonstrate expertise in Blackbird.AI's Constellation software product to external audiences.
• Provide training and onboarding assistance to new client users.
• Contribute to thought leadership, marketing content, and customer satisfaction processes.
• Perform ad hoc intelligence, support, and administrative tasks, including Quality Assurance checks for Blackbird.AI's software product.

Requirements

What you'll bring:

• Proven experience in producing intelligence products, preferably for private sector clients, with a strong preference for candidates from enterprise strategic communications, crisis communications, consultancy, or PR-related backgrounds.
• Experience in social media analysis, specifically leveraging social media data for private sector intelligence work.
• Familiarity with mainstream and alternative media platforms, including their users, audiences, content, structures, and mechanisms.
• Proficiency in intelligence practices and methodologies, encompassing the identification of key collection sources, assessment of raw intelligence, research, network analysis, and the preparation of comprehensive intelligence reports for enterprise-level clients.
• Effective oral and written communication skills, enabling the creation and delivery of timely, concise, and accurate intelligence reports and briefings.
• Strong professionalism, self-motivation, efficiency, and a track record of delivering on tight deadlines.
• Prior experience with software tools such as Brandwatch, Talkwalker, Meltwater, Dataminr, Tableau, and Asana is highly advantageous.
• Previous involvement in both qualitative and quantitative project management is a plus.

This compensation range is specific to New York. It takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. At Blackbird.AI, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. This range may vary for positions outside of New York and as it has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location where the position may be filled and does not consider our bonus and commission structures.
