Senior Interactive Developer

Our growing Digital Team helps our clients transform and evolve their customer experiences by crafting and activating outstanding digital solutions that combine technology, analytics, and compelling performance marketing storytelling.

The Digital team is in need of a Senior Interactive Developer who will help to shape user experiences and solve business goals using web based technologies and tools.
About you:

• Expertise in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript. Experience in Javascript frameworks, like Angular, React and Vue.
• Working knowledge of using Git for code versioning.
• Ability to create front end experiences that start with provided design files from tools like Adobe XD, Sketch and Figma.
• The conceptual ability to translate static page elements into animated page elements that enhance the user experience, using CSS and Javascript.
• Understand the basics of section 508, WCAG and ADA compliance.
• Experience using debugging tools like Chrome Inspector, Bugherd and BrowserStack.
• Solid grasp of front-end and back-end website development.
• The ability to build inside of Open Source content management systems is a big plus.
• Basic understanding of PHP code patterns and structure.
• Understand the nuance of mass email deployment and markup rendering.
• Keen attention to detail.

What you'll do:

• Work closely with User Experience and Creative Teams to translate concepts and ideas into interfaces that solve user problems.
• Build front-end websites, pages, emails and apps using semantic HTML markup.
• Facilitate the hand-off to a back-end development team.
• Use collaborative tools work within an agile team toward shared goals.
• Build upon predefined style and module libraries to assemble interfaces that follow brand guidelines.
• Communicate ongoing project status, needs and priorities with team members.

What you'll need:

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university.
• 4+ years' experience at an agency, technology company or consulting firm.
• Extraordinary communication and time management skills.
• A passion for keeping pace with digital and technology trends.
