About the Role
In this role, you will lead the execution of our global internal communications activities, develop communications strategies to support our strategic initiatives, and manage and develop our internal communications infrastructure and operating norms. You will work closely with the leadership team and functional leaders across the company to help ensure company-wide initiatives and programs are effectively communicated to all levels of the organization to help ensure alignment and ultimate success. The role requires the ability to both develop high-level communications strategies and execute against both those strategies and the day-to-day requirements of the business.
What You'll Do
- Develop and implement comprehensive internal communication strategies to support organizational goals and objectives
- Work with senior leaders and functional experts to plan, create, and execute short- and long-term communications approach for key initiatives, including strategic approach, tactics, cadence and milestones, and more
- Create and manage corporate communications timeline, ensuring efficient and practical communication programming
- Provide communications support for leadership and company meetings, from setting the agenda and speaker coordination to content creation and event logistics
- Evolve our communications model, infrastructure, and process to better scale with the business and to balance support for run-the-business communications and engaging campaigns
- Act as eyes, ears, and voice of the organization to help ensure the right audience receives the right message at the right time
- Monitor and analyze communication efforts, gathering insights and feedback to continuously improve messaging and tactics
What We Value
- 8+ years in internal communications
- Experience developing and executing communications strategies for a multi-product, multi-geography company
- Excellent writing and editing ability
- Experience working closely with, and supporting, executives in communications development and execution
- Experience working cross-functionally on high-priority communications strategies
