Senior Inventory Control Analyst

Overview
We’re excited to be looking for a Senior Inventory Control Analyst to join our team in Brooklyn, New York. Reporting to our Director of Logistics, you’ll oversee our multi-channel inventory management process across multiple warehouses to ensure we have best-in-class inventory control practices.

This role is based in Brooklyn, NY, and we have a 2 days in/3 days remote schedule.
What you’ll do
- Help create and maintain our Cycle Count Program for execution at our 3PLs
- Oversee the daily maintenance and reconciliation of our inventory adjustments and transfers within our ERPÂ
- Support yearly physical inventory counts and quarterly cycle counts at our 3PLs
- Build and manage dashboards to communicate inventory KPIs and make recommendations for continuous improvement
- Partner with our Finance team to establish EOM inventory reconciliation reporting and dashboardsÂ
- Collaborate with our Merchandising team on SKU retirement and obsolete inventory managementÂ
- Partner with our warehouse fulfillment/replenishment teams to maintain storage efficiency for high-velocity SKUs to improve inventory accuracyÂ
- Oversee the inventory management for new business initiatives
- Work cross-functionally within our Operations team to determine strategies for decreasing overselling opportunities
We're looking for someone who brings
- 2+ years of experience in Inventory Control Management; experience in 3PL inventory management
- Multi-network and warehouse experience is preferredÂ
- ERP experience is a must (NetSuite is a plus!)Â
- WMS management experience
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel
- An understanding of operational transactions + inventory reportingÂ
- The ability to travel to our 3PLs when neededÂ
- A proven ability to be a self-starter, multi-task, and work autonomously
Compensation & Benefits
At Brooklinen, our goal is to offer a competitive total compensation package which we determine based on specific market data taking into account our company size, stage, industry, and location. The base salary range for this role is between $75,000.00 - $85,000.00.Â
Beyond base salary, we contribute significantly to offset the cost of health benefits, offer a 401K with a 4% Safe Harbour match, grant a $1K annual wellness bonus, have commuter benefits, and also provide a yearly product allowance.Â
We have 14 weeks of 100% paid parental leave for all new parents, year-long Summer Fridays, a workday that starts at 10 am, four weeks of vacation, and a one-month paid sabbatical at your 5th anniversary.
