Senior Investor Relations Manager (Series 7 & 63)
Job Description
EquityBee empowers startup builders, the employees, to become shareholders and participate in the success of the companies they work so hard to build. Employees can become shareholders by leveraging EquityBee’s investor community to get capital to exercise their stock options. In return, employees agree to share a piece of any future potential gain from an exit with the investors who supported them. If you love startups, and are hungry for success, this position is the right fit for you. What’s better than helping fellow startup builders participate in the success of the companies they worked so hard to build? www.equitybee.com
As a Senior Investor Relations Manager, and an early member of the U.S. team, you will play an impactful role in scaling our company via relationship building with our investor network, from lead generation through deal close and asset management.
You will be the person creating and nurturing relationships with our community of high net worth investors, offering them the opportunity to invest in startups they could not invest in before. By closing deals, you’ll be helping not only the investors in our network, but also startup employees who will be able to become shareholders and participate in the success of the companies they worked so hard to build.
This is a high impact key position that will allow you to work closely with the leadership team, as well as cross-functionally with product, marketing, and the equity success team. If you have a passion for innovation in finance, sales, you love to scale businesses, and helping others makes you happy, this position is the right fit for you.
