This is a remote position, so you’ll be working remotely from your home. You may occasionally visit a GoDaddy office to meet with your team for events or offsites.​

We are looking for a strongly driven, customer focused iOS engineer who loves working with the latest trends in iOS and has a keen understanding of iOS frameworks, architectures and design patterns. The right individual will be determined and positive. Someone who cares about maintainability of the code, automation, and deployment processes.

What you'll get to do...

• Build new features and functionality into the GoDaddy Studio app
• Work directly with designers and product owners to craft the future of the GoDaddy Studio application
• Collaborate with an iOS guild distributed across teams, apps and countries
• Partake in regular hackathons with dedicated time to build exciting product hacks
• Influence the way iOS engineering functions across GoDaddy
• Develop and own standard methodologies for mobile library development with a focus on user experience, reliability, and latency
• Find opportunities to improve existing practices and uphold GoDaddy's high technical quality bar
• Debug production issues

Your experience should include...

• 4+ years of iOS Platform experience
• Good understanding of the iOS UI/UX guidelines
• Familiarity with modern iOS development tools (Xcode, UIKit and SwiftUI)
• Proficiency in writing unit and integration tests
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Creative problem-solving skills and ability to optimally communicate and translate feedback, needs, and solutions

You might also have...

• Experience with Graphics and Media is a bonus — Core Graphics, Core Image, Metal, AVFoundation, or other related technologies. If you have experience or a curiosity about this area, please let us know
