What You’ll Do:

  • Ensure optimal performance of Salesforce/Workday and related systems and products
  • Upgrade and configure Salesforce/Workday systems for optimized integration
  • Manage Salesforce/Workday roles, profiles, sharing rules, workflows, and groups
  • Work with teams on new Salesforce/Workday releases, as well as providing training and support
  • Work with team on new or existing initiatives around Salesforce, Workday integrations and workflows
  • Serve as a liaison between technical teams and business teams

What We Look For:

  • 4+ years of experience as a Salesforce or Workday administrator in a similar environment
  • Extensive experience in the administration and maintenance of Salesforce/Workday systems
  • Experience in performing Salesforce/Workday upgrades and ensuring successful integrations with external partners and systems
  • In-depth knowledge of Salesforce/Workday products and their functionalities, including creating profiles, allocating roles, and managing access
  • Ability to provide Salesforce/Workday training and end-user support
  • Organized, able to come up with solutions

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with other similar products, such as SAP, PeopleSoft, ADP Workforce, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.
  • Experience within a DevOps environment
  • Experience with Jira
