HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:

• Understand the business requirements from Product Management and convert them into an end-to-end functional specifications and technical design/architecture
• Guide and coach the development team in all the phases of implementation (design, development, testing, documentation, demo, etc.)
• Ensure that the design and implementation meets business requirements and ensures that non-functional requirements (e.g., performance, scalability, extensibility, customization capabilities, usability etc.) are met in a future-proof manner
• Review design documents for all layers of the software (e.g., Database, Application, API, UI) and ensure all layers of the product adheres to the latest security recommendations
• Actively contribute to design and development leveraging hands on skills in coding and QA
• Continuously monitor and improve current architecture & design and proactively apply new technologies, tools and methodologies
• Collaborate with other Architects by reviewing other functional specifications and involving other architects in the review process of own functional specifications.
