Job Title: Senior IT Business Analyst

Job Function: Field Service

Location: Carmel, Indiana (Preference is Carmel) or Remote

What you will do:

The Senior IT Business Analyst is responsible for analyzing business processes and requirements, designing solutions, and configuring Microsoft Dynamics 365 Field Service to meet the needs of the organization. This role requires a strong understanding of D365 Field Service operations and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Key aspect of the role is to work with different IT and business stakeholders managing priorities for the platform while delivering solutions. Promote partnerships, collaboration, and communication across different functional and business teams for the delivery of solution

Responsibilities:

• Analyze Business Requirements: Collaborate with stakeholders, including field service managers, technicians, and customers, to understand business processes and requirements related to field service operations. Identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions
• Ability to lead cross functional process discussions with CRM, ERP and Finance teams
• Manage the project lifecycle from requirements gathering to delivery experience with Agile delivery model
• Manage, configure, and deploy the Field Service application, and the mobile app.
• Create and maintain documentation, including functional specifications, user guides, and training materials. Conduct training sessions to educate end-users on the features and functionality of D365 Field Service.
• Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Trends: Continuously stay informed about the latest updates and trends in field service management and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Field Service. Proactively identify opportunities for system optimization and recommend improvements

• Collaborate with internal and external teams to design and implement field service processes
• Manage the ongoing support, maintenance, and new features of the D365 Field Service application
• Integrate or extend Microsoft Dynamics 365 Field Service with other Microsoft products and Allegion and 3rd party applications

• Ensure that the team follows best practices and standards for IT delivery

What you need to succeed:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field required
• Minimum of 3 - 5 years of experience as business analyst or Functional lead
• Strong functional knowledge of Field Service business operations and processes
• Knowledge of configuring and customizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Field Service
• Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Field Service integrated with ERP is a big plus
• Experience working with or integrating with 3rd party service applications like Service Channel
• Good understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Field Service application, the Field Service Mobile App, and knowledge of Power Automate
• Proficiency in business process analysis, requirements gathering, and solution design.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Energetic personality who excels in collaboration and teamwork
