Position Specific Description

We are seeking a Senior IT Business Systems Analyst to join our Customer Communications Team. This specific position resides in the DCP (Digital Communications Platform) team, a functional team under the Revenue Management Solutions group within Information Technology. The DCP team is responsible for sending out communications which includes email & printed bills, push notifications and text messages to both FPL & FPLNW customers. As a Senior Business Analyst, you will be responsible for providing support and aiding in the enhancing and deployment of new and existing technologies used in the communication platform. In addition, you will recommend process and technology related solutions or improvements.

Highly Desired Skills:

• Ability to work with customers to gather, document, and communicate requirements to developers for both support/enhancements
• Experience in OpenText, Spectrum, WindowBook, MailStream Plus, & StreamWeaver Applications
• Coordinate initiatives and Projects
• Perform testing - Integration testing / Regression testing
• Provide customer support with investigating support issues
• Provide training/Demos
• Ability to create training content - guides, job aids, videos
• Document procedures and flowcharts for both new and existing processes
• Familiarity with compliance and governance
• Experience with Agile methodologies
• Experience with Agile tools including Jira, QMetry
• Experience using MS Office apps including PowerPoint and Visio
• Microsoft BI Reporting and Report Manager
