Job description:

In your new role you will:

• Understand and follow standard procedures and best practices
• Level 2 end user support
• Mentor junior colleagues
• High level of professionalism
• Some travel

Your Profile:

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• BS degree in IT field or equivalent experience
• Strong verbal and written skills
• Attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint
• Enterprise IT experience providing level 2 end user PC support
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
