Senior IT HR Systems Analyst I - Carmel, IN

The Senior IT HR Systems Analyst will be responsible for enhancing and providing support to the Allegion Kronos Timekeeping system. This role will also be tasked with building integrations from our global Workday platform and supporting the existing HR ecosystem including our learning management platform and other legacy solutions.

What You Will Do:

  • Work with the business to develop specific requirements.
  • Create and maintain integration design and interface mapping documents.
  • Create unit test plans and unit test conditions.
  • Develop and unit test integrations.
  • Support solution and user acceptance testing.
  • Deploy integration to production tenant.
  • Liaison to vendors to gather Interface requirements and perform Interface testing.
  • High service level expectations in support of the Workday Systems and the user community.
  • Ability to translate business problems and opportunities into plans of action including scope and delivery strategy.
  • System requirement analysis, including documenting current and future state business processes, and analyzing their interaction and interdependencies to support process design.
  • Analyze business and IT issues, including process inefficiencies and systems problems.
  • Continuously evaluate system and processes and look for ways to streamline and drive efficiencies.
  • Able to work with users in the HR and IT community to collaboratively evaluate solutions and alternatives.
  • Coordinate the activities of systems developers and HR community as needed.
  • Liaise with users to ensure deliverables are meeting or exceeding expectations.

What You Need to Succeed:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business (or Management), Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related discipline, or equivalent work experience
  • 1-2 years' experience with XSLT, XML, MVEL, Eclipse development, Web Services, Middleware knowledge of tools like WebMethods, SOAP UI
  • 2 years' experience designing and building interfaces using any technology
  • 3-5 years' experience building configurations and supporting Kronos timekeeping workforce central with experience in the Kronos Dimensions platform preferred.
  • Understanding of HR processes preferred but not required
  • Experience with Cloud and Software as a Service (SaaS) solutions; such as Workday, Salesforce.com, SuccessFactors) and Single-Sign On (SSO) approaches
  • Experience with Enterprise Portal technologies, PeopleSoft, Org Publisher, Workforce Analytics tools and Data Security, including Secured FTP and scripting/encryption tools
  • Ability to manage multiple assignments and projects with varying deadlines
  • Ability to prioritize with minimal supervision and interact with employees at all levels
  • Must be a self-starter and be able to work independently or as part of a team
  • Excellent, creative problem-solving skills
  • Experience with business process flow and cause-effect diagramming and analysis
  • Strong collaborative skills and ability to work in a dynamic fast paced environment
  • Excellent verbal, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Strong oral and written communication skills

What You Need to Succeed:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Communications, or business is preferred 3+ years' experience in recruiting or human resources
  • A combination of direct hire search experience with a third-party recruiter and corporate recruiting experience is preferred
  • Demonstrated capability in providing candidate assessments and conducting in person interviews is required
  • Must have direct experience in utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems
  • Excellent collaboration and relationship / rapport building skills are required
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills (both oral and written) are a must
  • Strong work ethic is a must
